The Role
This role Client Engagement Officer is basically someone who contacts the new and old inbound leads and looks to book meetings for the Business Set-up Advisors. Someone who is good on the phone and very organized. Key Performance Indicators & Targets Key Responsibilities - Lead Management: Identify, track, and nurture leads to secure meetings. - Meeting Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm three attended meetings per sales team member per day. - Client Communications: Serve as the primary contact for meeting scheduling and confirmations.
**Requirements**:
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the company's CRM system. - Performance Reporting:
