is looking for an experienced **Guest Experience Agent **to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 280 hotel rooms as well as 120 one
- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B; offerings & meeting and events facilities.

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**

As Guest Experience Agent, your main responsibilities will be related to all activities relevant to the Front of the House operations such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries. Welcoming guests with a smile and providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions. Handling guest inquiries, supervises the issue of keys, mail, messages and parcels to the guests.

Ensures maximum interaction is achieved with Hotel Guests,





specifically VIPs, and that Loyalty card holders are recognized as per their status and receive special treatment as per IHG standards.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!

Previous experience in a similar role required. Customer service and excellent English communication skills, additional languages preferred. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
