Martial Artist, Kick Boxing Coach

**Position Overview**: We are looking for an experienced Martial Artist Coach with a strong background in kickboxing and boxing to lead training sessions, mentor students, and promote the values of discipline and respect inherent in martial arts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Sessions**: Design and conduct engaging and effective training programs for students of all levels, focusing on kickboxing and boxing techniques.
- **Skill Development**: Assess students’ skill levels and tailor coaching methods to individual needs, helping them improve technique, strength, and agility.
- **Safety Protocols**: Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety rules and proper equipment usage.
- **Motivation and Support**:





Inspire and motivate students to achieve their personal and athletic goals, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- **Progress Tracking**: Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and advance in their training.
- **Event Participation**: Prepare students for competitions, including sparring sessions and tournaments, ensuring they are well-prepared mentally and physically.
- **Community Engagement**: Promote the martial arts program through community events, demonstrations, and outreach efforts to attract new students.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to enhance program offerings and contribute to a cohesive training environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a martial arts coach, with a strong background in kickboxing and boxing.
- Certification in martial arts coaching or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.






- Strong understanding of martial arts techniques, strategies, and training methodologies.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
