Job Responsibilities and Duties: (not limited to)
- Preparation of manual invoices
- Confirmation of Invoices for Sharjah & Dubai Office
- Sending of Payments, Invoices, Credit Notes, & Statement for Sharjah & Dubai Client / Customer
- Assist on preparation of Receipt for collection / bank transfer payment & allocation on payment.
- Sorting of invoices and dispatching supervise the filling of all invoices, credit notes.
- Pass the necessary adjustments and follow up & updating for pending LPO’s weekly
- Passing of journal vouchers
- Coordinate with the driver/ courier for cheques collections & file acknowledgement receipts.
- Comply with all the Company’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures.
Pay:
AED4,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- accounts assistant: 3 years (preferred)
- Travel & Tourism: 2 years (preferred)
