**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Preparation and Cooking**:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for various Japanese dishes.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques as instructed by senior chefs.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
- **Quality Control**:
- Assist in ensuring that dishes are prepared to the restaurant’s standards.
- Conduct taste tests and make adjustments as needed.
- **Safety and Hygiene**:
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- **Team Support**:
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
- Communicate effectively with senior chefs and other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
