Job Title: Clinic Admin Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us:
We are a leading aesthetic and skincare clinic located in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our clients. We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and efficient Clinic Admin Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the clinic's front desk operations, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain and update client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Manage stock of office and clinic supplies and ensure the clinic is well-maintained.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and clinic personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or admin in a clinic within the UAE.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Russian are required (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical or aesthetic terminology.
- Experience working in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
