FEMALE HEAD SWIM COACH
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Swim Coach to manage the entire Pool department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing class programs, organizing schedules, conducting private training (PT), and ensuring the department runs smoothly. This role demands a strong leader with a passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster growth and development within the team.
