Job Location: Al Ain & Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bike Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods and food items to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Bike Rider, you will navigate the streets of the UAE, providing excellent service while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and packages to designated locations within the stipulated time frame.
- Follow designated routes and ensure the most efficient travel paths.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service during each delivery.
- Ensure the bike is in good working condition; perform basic maintenance and report any issues.
- Collect payments when necessary and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety.
- Provide feedback to management regarding delivery processes and customer experiences.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driver’s license (bike category).
- Previous experience as a bike rider or in a similar delivery role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile apps.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Bike riding in UAE: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Valid UAE Bike license (Preferred)
