Experience: Minimum 2 years in graphic design, with a portfolio in real estate or related fields.
Job Summary:
Murtaza Hashmi Real Estate Developers LLC is looking for a Real Estate Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand and supports property marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of graphic design experience, focusing on creating impactful real estate marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
- Capture professional property photographs for use in marketing materials and online listings.
- Conduct on-site photography shoots to showcase real estate projects and events.
Design & Branding:
- Create visually appealing property brochures, flyers, and digital ads, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop 3D renderings and floor plans for real estate projects.
Marketing Support:
- Design materials for property listings, project launches, and social media campaigns.
- Work on digital and print campaigns, including banners, presentations, and email marketing visuals.
Social Media & Digital:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Optimize digital content for both web and mobile use.
Creative Strategy:
- Contribute creative ideas for branding and property promotions, while staying updated on industry trends.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D visualization software.
Portfolio:
- Strong portfolio of high-quality real estate marketing designs.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
