Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Appointment Setter & Telecaller with Admin Responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments for digital marketing leads, and supporting our administrative processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized,
and have excellent communication skills to ensure smooth client engagement and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Setting & Telecalling:
- Contact potential clients through inbound and outbound calls for setting appointments related to digital marketing services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, answering queries, and explaining the company's services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Manage appointment schedules, ensuring the team is well-prepared for client meetings.
2. Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist the digital marketing team by coordinating campaigns, handling client inquiries related to services, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Actively engage with leads generated from social media and marketing campaigns via calls and messages.
- Provide insights on client feedback to help the marketing team optimize campaigns.
3. Admin Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records,
managing appointments, and following up on client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports, updating databases, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations, including assisting with billing and paperwork.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and follow-ups on completed services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telecalling, appointment setting, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and administrative abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with different departments, especially the digital marketing and admin teams.
