Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as a liaison between our company and government organizations/authorities. The PRO will play a key role in managing and coordinating all government-related tasks,
ensuring that the company complies with the latest regulations and requirements. This includes handling Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, and matters related to Immigration, the Ministry of Labor, Consulates, and Business Licenses.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience working with government organizations in the UAE, with a strong background in business setup services. You will provide expert guidance to the business, employees, and their families, ensuring all visa and government formalities are completed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate and liaise between the company and government authorities, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all related tasks.
2) Provide fast, reliable services for all government-related matters, including Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, and Immigration.
3) Manage tasks related to the Ministry of Labor, Consulates, and Business Licenses for the company and its group.
4)
Stay up-to-date with amendments in government rules and regulations, ensuring compliance even with short notice.
5) Respond effectively to business needs and provide assistance to employees and their families for all government-related services.
6) Provide expert advice to the business and employees on visa formalities and other government procedures.
7) Maintain accurate records of all services provided.
8) Evaluate, prioritize, and complete urgent tasks efficiently, even with little advance notice.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience as a PRO in a business setup company in the UAE, with strong experience dealing with government organizations and embassies.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Good influencing and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and good computer skills.
Additional Information:
Must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or be willing to relocate before starting the job.
