Global Financial Solutions Dubai UAE required on urgent basis Real Estate Agent for the Secondary Market!
We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents for the Secondary Market. As a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in real estate activities, ensuring a smooth process.
Job Location: UMM HURAIR, OUD METHA DUBAI, U.A.E
Number of Positions: 20
Key Responsibilities as a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent:
-Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract.
- Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Arrange for title searchers to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
Experience & Other Requirements:
-At least 2-3 years of experience in the Secondary Market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic will be a plus point.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Pleasant personality.
