Job Description
Perform constructability reviews. Direct field operations to operate according to the "plan" and in an efficient manner. Conduct foreman's meetings. Participate in progress meetings with the team and/or owners. Follow up on RFIs, submittals, as-builds, and changes. Administer the safety program for the project. Conduct and ensure quality control in accordance with the established project quality assurance program.

The Successful Applicant
1. Minimum 3+ Years as an Estimator
2. Focus on mixed commercial construction in the Houston market
3. Procore is a must
4. Red Team is a plus
5. Project experience in commercial construction is a must
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
7. Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions, and engineering/architectural drawings
8. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
