We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Bar Manager that can bring all of this to life. Working with the mixology team and bartenders, you will be the person that brings all these elements together, to create one the most talked about bar experiences. The Assistant bar manager is responsible for the overall operation, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. The bar manager will manage all areas of bar service within the space, including but not limited to, training, motivating and retention of the team, food and beverage costs, labor cost, P&L; responsibility, staffing plans, safety, and hygiene, all whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures and brand guidelines.
