We are urgently looking for an AutoCAD Draftsman (joinery and fit-out experience is a must).
Job Description:
1. Preparing detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings, pictures, or 3Ds for production.
2. Preparing joinery shop drawings and as-built drawings for client/consultant approval.
3. Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
4. Developing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) when required.
5. Surveying sites and developing shop drawings and drafting when needed.
6. Coordinating with the Production Managers, Project Engineers, Designers, and/or Clients for the necessary updates and changes required for shop drawings.
Skills Required:

Ability to work well under pressure; highly flexible & adaptable.
2. Ability to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
3. Good knowledge of AutoCAD & detail drawings.
4. Familiarity with DM regulations and standards.
5. Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
6. Good practical organization skills, planning of resources, and scheduling.
7. High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D, 3D, and MS Office; all other IT proficiencies are a plus.
Education/Experience Required:
1. Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design; any related certifications are a plus.
2. At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out/joinery.
3. Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
