We are looking for a Female Property Consultant to join our team.

This is an open interview Monday to Saturday 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM at the below location:

Office #12B01, Floor 12B Prime Business Centre

Jumeirah Village Circle

Dubai, UAE

Qualification:

- Any nationality
- Age not more than 35 years old
- Preferably have a work background in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance

Responsibilities:

- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market






- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Driving License and Car is an advantage
- RERA Certification is an advantage
