About the business area
ADCE, a leading commercial building development manager in Abu Dhabi, provides a wide range of services from feasibility studies to project management, catering to ADCB's retail and commercial mortgage business and key government entities like the Abu Dhabi Municipality. This year, a priority has been investing in digitalisation to optimise operations, with a focus on valuations, reporting, and certification,
utilising technology to expand services and enhance its proposition. Additionally, ADCE collaborates closely with ADCB’s Sustainability and Corporate & Investment Banking teams to identify and assess sustainable property and construction projects, offering guidance on financing for construction projects and building retrofits. With Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) as a key focus, ADCE is developing new service offerings set for launch in 2025, including energy services to support the UAE’s goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include :
1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the real estate industry with a focus on financial institutions,
real estate developers and government bodies in order to identify new potential leads and achieve set targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing personalised solutions in order to fully understand their requirements and suggest potential new products.
3. Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations in order to showcase the value and benefits of our real estate services.
4. Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms and contracts in order to secure new business.
5. Close sales deals in order to achieve or exceed sales targets within specified timeframes.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in order to fully understand the sales market.

Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales forecasts in order to report to management on sales performance, market trends and potential opportunities.
8. Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance.
9. Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
10. Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures,
and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders.
11. Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards.
12. Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
1. At least 6 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate or Banking industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
3. Strong record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Familiarity with real estate development related services including but not limited to valuations, project management and project monitoring.
5. Strong knowledge of local market trends and players.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
8. Fluent in English and preferably Arabic.
What we offer:
Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 25,000 – AED 40,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
