Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Food & Beverage Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Sales Executive - Food & Beverage, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage. Key responsibilities include:
1. Have comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all the outlets' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies, as well as those of the competition.
2.
Work closely with the Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions.
3. Achieve all individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets in your area by maintaining and creating close relationships with customers.
4. Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities and create awareness of the hotel outlets and facilities through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections, etc., to ensure complete coverage of your portfolio of accounts and achieve set targets and maximum possible productivity.
5. Ensure that all incoming requests are addressed within 24 hours to avoid customer complaints and loss of business.
6. Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues, avoiding internal or external complaints.
7. Update the hotels on the negotiation/progress of every event and use the technology available for communication and client correspondence.
8.
Provide feedback to the Director of Food & Beverage on changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies.
9. Participate in any Training and Development programs as recommended by senior management.
10. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should preferably hold a hospitality degree and have a minimum of two years of postgraduate work experience in a similar position. Good computer skills and a perfect command of English are a must.
Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be a young, vibrant, and innovative individual.
You will be able to work independently and promote the brand image and market status at all times, as well as maintain accurate documentation and account records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED 1,700.00 per month
