We're looking for an Accountant who is responsible for the monthly financial closing, account reconciliations, preparation for journal entries, transferring information from our operations/billing management system to Sage Intacct, set up of AP Vendor Master, positive pay and other duties as assigned.

Overview
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Mon - Sat (10 PM to 7 AM)
- Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid
About our client:
You will be working with a health care provider that caters 95% within the state of New Mexico that provides rental services for medical equipment and sells medical supplies/consumables to patients.

- Daily bank reconciliations
- Ledger reconciliations
- Key point for end of month close
- Balance sheet account

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with Sage Intacct, or other dynamic ERP systems
- Comfortable with calculating figures and has an analytical mindset
- Must be flexible and motivated to work on cross functional teams
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting principles (GAAP)
- Ability to work a schedule aligned with our time zone; this potentially could be a partial alignment in terms of the hours during the day but will definitely need to be able to interact on a frequent basis
Nice-to-have:
- For the accountant role, the equivalent of a CPA qualification
- Exposure to healthcare provider business models, ideally in the U.S.
