- Analyze project documents, including architectural drawings and specifications, to determine the scope of work.
- Accurately prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding systems, focusing on sandwich panels (PIR and Rockwool) for roofing and wall applications.
- Calculate material quantities and labor costs required for the manufacturing and installation of cladding systems.
- Utilize estimation software or relevant tools to ensure precise and competitive pricing.
2. Technical Evaluation:
- Evaluate and recommend suitable cladding materials, including insulation types, panel thickness, and profiles, based on project specifications.
- Ensure the selected sandwich panels comply with structural, thermal, and fire safety standards.
- - Work closely with the engineering team to provide technical solutions for complex or custom cladding designs.
