Position Overview
As the Social Media Strategist and Content Creator at LINK, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Additionally, you will oversee the development of relevant brand and product content for our store, including user-generated content (UGC) to promote LINK and its brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to grow LINK's online presence,
enhance brand awareness and generate sales both offline and online.
2. Create and manage content calendars for all social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
3. Develop user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to showcase LINK products and engage our audience.
4. Coordinate the production of high-quality content, including photos, videos, and written posts, that aligns with LINK's brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
5. Actively engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to gather product information, insights, and updates to inform content creation.
7. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
1. Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2.
Charismatic and energetic with a natural ability to connect with others.
3. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
4. Experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
5. Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc.) and social media management tools.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Comfortable in front of the camera and capable of producing high-quality visual content.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
