Assist in maintaining shop appointment calendar (Changes and Cancellations), using software as well as operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen or forward calls.
Explain products, services and treatments to clients and assist them with determining their individual needs.
Handle general requests for information and promotions; process delicate situations, such as customer requests, special needs and complaints and escalate to the Client Relations Manager.
Resolve client complaints while recording details of comments, concerns and actions taken for future reference; compile Customer Complaints / inquiries reports and share with Client Relations Manager.
Handle customer outbound calls for missed opportunities (voice mail) to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Ensure communication ethics and promote highest level of service that meets customer satisfaction.
Offer multiple treatment bookings and promote up‐ selling and cross selling the treatments, services and retail, as well as monthly promotions / members surprise gifts (benefits).
Ensure complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while enlightening Clients in these areas.
Update existing customer information filing system and develop relationship with clients to meet their needs and satisfaction for repeated service.
Ensure that the telecommunication system is functioning properly.
Start and carry through on new projects assigned by the manager.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Call Centre Operator: 2 years (preferred)
- UAE: 2 years (preferred)
