**Job title**: Lead Swimming Coach
**Description**:
Apex Swimming Club, based in Dubai, is looking for a full-time coach to lead and develop our squads, taking them to the next level. We are interested in a coach who is ambitious, looking for challenges and willing to implement their own ideas, as well as work in part of our growing coaching team.
As part of this role, you will be involved in coaching athletes which range in age and competition level. From helping children transfer from learn to swim to squad training, to being a part of the preparation of our top swimmers who compete at around the globe at the national level. Our club is proud of our inclusiveness, where we offer lessons, coaching,
competitive swimming and host competitions for children of all ages and a variety of nationalities. Our squads are based at a few different locations where we have 25m and 50m pool time, as well as access to S&C; facilities.
Our coaching team contains a variety of individuals from multiple nationalities who all work together towards a common goal. You will work closely with our director of swimming and S&C; coach, focusing on long term athlete development, growing the swimming program and achieving results in the pool.
Required:
- An ambitious individual
- Someone who enjoys working in a team
- A great planner, with attention to detail
- +2yrs coaching experience
- Swim England Swimming Coach certificate (ASA Level 2 Award) or equivalent
Desirable:
- Experience working abroad
- Experience using meet manager
- A degree in sports science or related field
- A competitive swimming background
**Salary and Benefits**:
- 10000-12000 AED per month
- Health insurance
- Flexible admin hours
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
