**Job** **Objectives & Responsibilities**:
- Support the CEO to manage his schedule;
- Manage communication on behalf of the CEO;
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, events, and all engagements for the CEO which may include booking of meeting rooms, venues, creating agendas and producing all documentation required prior to the CEO’s meetings.
- If required, accompany the CEO to his meetings and other engagements.
- Support the chairman with the administrative tasks
- Supports the CEO in meetings by taking notes
- Liaise between CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication.

- Establishing a solid foundation from which the CEO is supported to conduct all his business
- Protocol
- Communications management
**Selection Criteria**:
- Relevant university degree (masters of Business Administration preferred)
- Experience in corporate environment
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Bilingual
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
