**About The Role**
Are you an experienced professional in Facilities Management with hands-on experience? Do you enjoy working closely with a diverse set of individuals? Are you ready to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously?
As an Assistant Manager, FM, you will be responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings / departments / facilities and premises within the Atlantis Hotel Resort. Job duties include but not limited to building maintenance, environmental / safety regulation compliance, grounds maintenance, restaurant support, organization of events, space assignments with regards to utilities consumptions, energy management, control and analysis.





You will be assigned to a specific sub department but may be required to perform in multiple areas.
The primary goal is to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. In this exciting role, you will also be responsible to provide leadership to the assistant engineers, team leaders and technicians, to maximize the efficiency of the PPM and reactive maintenance.

**About You**
Working knowledge of ASME API and NEB regulations will be an asset. Competent in Microsoft Office particularly Access and Excel. Fully conversant with the AutoCAD, CAFM, utilities and energy management
