**AL FARAH RESTAURANT**
Position Title: Receptionist/Secretary
Employment Type: Full Time
**Salary**: Depending on experience and qualification
Experience: 2-3 years as Receptionist/Secretary
Nationality: Preferably Arab
Language: Fluent in English
Qualification: College Degree or a related field
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ø Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
Ø Performs secretarial duties for the GM
Ø Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
Ø Greet and welcome guests and visitors
Ø Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
Ø Inform employees for their visitors’ arrivals
Ø Copy, file,
and maintain paper or electronic documents
Ø Assist GRO an employment documents and formalities
Ø Maintain Admin records and office supplies
Ø Other duties as would be required
**Skills Requirements**:
- Presentable and good looking
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Must have strong computer skills, Excel, and MS office proficiency
- Great time management skills.
- Good communication skills both at speaking and writing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
