The office clerk and film production assistant works in a support role, providing assistance to crews of various departments. Tasks might include helping out with the construction of sets, keeping equipment in order, and performing general office duties (daily office cleaning, errands, administrative work, etc). They can also be tasked with bringing actors/models to the set from their location, driving off-site to collect or ship packages, and more.
FPA must be willing to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. Must be able to work long hours, usually between 12-16 hours per day. They must be able to work under various working conditions in outdoor weather. They also need be willing and able to travel.
PA may need to possess a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
They need to be extremely flexible and willing to work long hours, often during nights and weekends. It is important for these individuals to maintain a high level of professionalism when working.
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
- Production Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (required)
