Having 5-7 years hands-on experience in supervising a high-end interior and **joinery **fit-out company with multicultural workers.
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are in order on the shop floor at all times.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, identify materials and finishes required.
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
- Managing workflow of shopfloor
- Ability to train new hires
- Excellent knowledge on material finishes, site material requirements, manpower planning and management.
- Ability to act quickly and have confidence is decision making.
- Ability to take ownership.
- Have an excellent eye for detail.






- With good oral and written communication skills (English)
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
