**About The Role**
As an Assistant Manager for our Royal Club, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager Royal Club Services in oversseing the operation across the lounges and lobby coordinating and monitoring all guests’ arrival, departure to ensure that our in-house guest experiences are as per resort standards. Your responsibilities include supporting with training and developing team members, coordinating employees' schedules, and ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented. Finally,
you will help to deliver outstanding guest service, and overall customer satisfaction.
