HR Assistant (Chinese Speaker)

We are looking for an HR Assistant Chinese speaker to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The HR Assistant's duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database.

The HR Assistant skills we’re looking for include good organization ability and strong Chinese and English communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. Following our training sessions, you’ll be able to assist the HR Manager in the whole HR Functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.






- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Coordinate HR projects and take minutes.

**Job Requirements**
- BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Chinese Language is a must.
