**Job Title: Coatings Technical Sales Representative**
**Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)**
A leading coatings manufacturer and supplier, specializing in high-quality coatings solutions for various industries in the UAE is hiring.
**Coatings Technical Sales Representative Job Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coatings industry, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing technical expertise and support.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
**Coatings Technical Sales Representative Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A technical background in coatings is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the coatings industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers at various levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
