As a Social Media Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in curating an enticing online presence that resonates with fashion-forward individuals who appreciate quality craftsmanship and design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic social media plans tailored to our real estate brand identity.






- Create visually captivating content that highlights the uniqueness and elegance of our products on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Stay up to date with real estate in Dubai trends, translating them into engaging content that appeals to our target audience.
- Foster genuine interactions with our community, responding to comments, messages, and building a strong online brand community.
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators, draw insights, and adapt strategies for optimal engagement and growth.
- Identify and explore collaboration opportunities with fashion influencers, bloggers, and relevant partners to expand our brand reach.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing budgets to achieve maximum return on investment.

**Qualifications**:

- Have strong following in social media.
- Demonstrated success in social media management, ideally within real estate industry.






- Proficiency in leveraging various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to create visually appealing content that showcases products in an elegant and compelling manner.
- Passion for fashion, particularly in real estate, with an understanding of the latest industry trends and influencers.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to refine strategies and achieve objectives.
- Experience in photography, graphic design, and video editing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Dubai's local fashion scene, culture, and consumer preferences is desirable.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
