We are hiring a Property Agent to join our Enthusiastic and Growing team in Dubai.
**Real Estate Agent duties and responsibilities**:
- A minimum of 1-2 Years of Experience in Real Estate Or any sales experience in the UAE
- Qualifying Clients, Arranging meetings and Conducting viewings.
- Negotiating Offers between both Buyer and Seller to a successful deal closure.
- Ambitious, hardworking, and dedicated Individuals - Display and proindividualsties to possible clients through advertisements, open houses, virtual or physical viewings, and listing services.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in, English
- A valid UAE Driver’s License is a plus.
- Russian and Chinese speaker (preferred)

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in Dubai Real Estate 2+ years
- Fluent in Russian
- RERA Certification is an advantage
- Proven track record
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market
- Proactive and goal-driven
- Honest and trustworthy
- Preferably with driving license and own car
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
