**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR-related topics and make recommendations to management.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the potential for increased hours during busy periods.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
