The **Office Administrator** ensures the professional and smooth operation of the company and represents the administration and management at all times.
**Responsibility**:
- Strong support to the Human Resources Department with all office administration
- Performs all immigration and labour relation activities such as the submission and collection of relevant documents and paper works.
- Ensures legal compliance with all immigration and labour relations policies.
- Represents the company in immigration and labour governmental entities in order to obtain related documents (e.g., labour approval, labour contract and entry permit).
- Managing files, updating paper work and other documents,
and performing other general office clerk duties
**Qualifications**:
- UAE Nationals with family book
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent
- Keen to detail, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships
- Bilingual; can communicate well in English and Arabic

**Salary**:
AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
