As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and contacting clients via telephone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Continually motivate affiliates to perform better.
- Contact clients via telephone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Research, identify and onboard new partners.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and IBs to join the partner program.
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to clients in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Utilize strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with the partners.
- Develop and monitor affiliate promotions.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Attend conferences, expos, and industry events.

- Previous experience in an FX-related Business development role (**Mandatory**).
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone).
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- An academic degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- You must have your own network/portfolio.
