**Responsibilities**:
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide training and guidance to improve the team's sales skills and performance.
Client Engagement:
- Interact with clients to understand their property requirements and provide expert advice.
- Oversee negotiations and ensure successful property transactions.
Platform Management:
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, websites, and other online channels to attract potential clients.
- Create engaging content and videos to promote properties and the company.
Content Meetings:
- Conduct content meetings with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content and marketing strategies.
Lead Generation:
- Independently generate leads through networking, referrals, and other proactive methods.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions efficiently.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
Team Commission:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Implement team-based commission structures to incentivize team performance.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager with a successful track record in property sales.
Well-presented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
Proficiency in creating videos and virtual property tours is an advantage.
Previous experience in team management and leading sales meetings is preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to generate leads and close deals.
Ability to use CRM software for lead management and team coordination.
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
