Job Title: Business Development Executive
Company: Stay Hub Vacation Homes Rental
Location: Dubai
**Salary**: 2000 AED + Commission Slabs as follows:
Apartments: 800 AED per studio - 1200 AED per 1 bedroom - 1400 AED per 2 bedroom - 1600 AED per 3 bedroom.
Villas: 1600 AED per 3 bedroom villa - 2500 AED per 4 bedroom villa - 3000 AED per 5/6 bedroom villa - 7000 to 10000 AED per palm Jumeirah villa.
**Responsibilities**:
Identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
Conducting sales presentations and negotiations
Meeting sales targets and achieving revenue growth
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
**Requirements**:
Valid visa of at least 2 months is mandatory
A valid UAE driving license and car are mandatory
Proven experience in sales and business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for sales and achieving targets
Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- business development executive: 1 year (preferred)
- Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- valid UAE driving license and a car? (required)
