**Responsibilities**:

- Further develop the company’s corporate & promotional gifts department based on experience, customer insights, market trends, brand strategy and company goals
- Handle incoming inquiries by presenting, promoting, and selling corporate gift items, corporate kits & custom apparel to existing and prospective clients






- Reach out to potential clients and generate leads for new and recurring sales
- Responsible for scheduling sample/showroom viewing as needed and negotiating prices, terms of sales and services to close deals
- Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have
- Establish, develop and maintain positive and long-term business and customer relationships
- Coordinate with marketing, graphics and sales teams as needed to develop the corporate gifts vertical
- Collaborate with sales and management team to analyze sales statistics, strategize on processes and prepare reports to evaluate sales performance against its goals
- Work directly with top management on new projects and initiatives based on your skillset and interests, with an opportunity to grow internally

**Required**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related field






- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate, Business Development Executive or similar role
- At least two years of sales experience within the UAE
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, capable of connecting & building trusting relationships with clients
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Able to Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Good with time management, organized, detail-oriented and self-confident
- Ability to conduct market research & prepare sales reports
