Job Responsibilities
Obtain positive coverage decisions including adequate inclusions and payment by developing and maintaining relationships with Healthcare contractors and commercial payers.
Medical Directors, Policy Analysts, Case Managers, Provider Relations Representatives, etc.)
- Support reimbursement efforts by cultivating relationships with KOLs and state professional society leaders in addition to staying informed on local reimbursement issues through meetings, KOL interviews, and public forums.
- Expand market access by Identifying and actualizing opportunities through specialty distributors, integrated health plans, and technology assessment organizations / committees.
- Expand patients and provider access to PL portfolio by Identifying and establishing strategic relationships with large buyers and patient advocacy organizations.
- Maximize pull-through and leverage available resources by working cross-functionally within field sales, sales management, strategic accounts, and marketing.
- Assist management in business decisions by providing market feedback on customer business trends, competitive updates and industry issues and opportunities
- Contribute to profit maximization by building relationships with key buying influencers in major accounts and developing plans to enhance their support for the PL portfolio.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE Market.
- Bachelors Degree of Pharmacy / Sciences
- English & Arabic
Job Location : Based in Dubai but covering all UAE.
