**Hair Salon Receptionist / Coordinator**
We are searching for a bold and savvy individual with great leadership skills to join the Kohibaa team as our Salon Receptionist and coordinator. Someone who is passionate about the beauty industry. If you have experience as a coordinator in hairdressing or beauty/spa and are looking to further your career, this could be the position for you.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace. Ultimately, you will help boost Kohibaa’s reputation by building friendly and trusting relationships with our customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability
- Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival
- Ensuring client satisfaction/client liaison
- Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
- Inform clients about new services, offers, and discounts
- Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures)
- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Overseeing all aspects of the salon floor time management
- Rebooking
- Stock Management
**Experience/Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
- Solid organization and record-keeping skills
- Familiarity with processing transactions
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
- High School diploma
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
