A well-established start-up Real Estate organization that specializes in multiple projects across the Middle East, is looking to add to their business the position of a Digital Marketing Specialist.
**Within this role, you will be required to**:
- Develops and implements short-term social media lead generation campaigns Aimed at driving leads for company Ensuring maximum lead generation at lowest cost per lead.
- Continuously monitor and update our company profile on all social media platforms. Monitor communicate and nurture companies’ social communities daily.
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities for our brand. Oversee overall design of social media platforms
- Constantly develop new proactive engagement ways with customers Quickly respond/react to customer interactions via the social platforms. Post highly engaging, on-brand content daily to each of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.
- Plan with help of sales team Open Houses. Manage Marketing budget Audience building with existing database proportionately
**Requirements**:
- Experience as Content Creator & Lead Generation - Marketing Executive with Extensive Knowledge of social media Graphic Design Experienced Excellent command on English language (written & verbal).
- A good writer, with the ability to QA your own work before spelling & grammar before posting Social Media Savvy & Extremely detail-oriented Confidence of creating & executing marketing calendar Knowledge of building and maintaining landing pages Knowledge of different free hold areas in Dubai.
- Knowledge of Facebook lookalike audience building and optimization.
- Graphic Design background Marketing automation/funnel marketing techniques.
- Complete practical knowledge of Lead generation via social marketing platforms, Digital, Banner Ads, etc. Knowledge of all portals used in Real Estate.
- Always monitoring & examining new trends in online marketing, tech and social media Well versed in content writing & marketing Design-oriented with a strong sense of what makes a compelling image for Digital world including social media Highly efficient in personal time management & organized Effective to meet deadline & work under PRESSURE

AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
