1. Good Knowledge of Retail Leasing with minimum 2 -3 years of experience. Well versed with the Dubai’s rental laws.

2. Good understanding of office management and demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

3. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

4. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.

5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

6. Exquisite communication and people skills

7. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:
