**Welcome to Melodica Music and Dance Institute!**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver music lessons that meet the needs and abilities of students.
- Encourage and inspire students to develop a love for music and to appreciate different genres and styles
- Help students to develop their musical skills and knowledge, including theory, composition, and performance
- Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment that is conducive to effective learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a holistic approach to education

**Qualifications**:







- Bachelor's degree or higher in **music or a related field**:

- Teaching **certification or license**. (Optional)
- Minimum of **2-3 years of relevant teaching experience** in a similar setting
- Expertise in one or more musical instruments aside from Piano **(vocal, guitar, violin, etc.) **and experience with multiple genres and styles
- Ability to **communicate effectively **with students, parents, and colleagues
- **Passion for music** education and a commitment to continuous learning
