**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager-Off Plan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships to increase sales. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure proper customer support and satisfaction, as well as overseeing and managing a sales team.
**Qualifications**
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan sales
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
**Requirements**:
- Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and account management organization.
- Multi-lingual. Preferably Russian, Arabic ,Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Chinese.
- Driver's License.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnerships and year-over-year revenue growth.
- Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with Real Estate Brokers, and Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment.
**Experience**:
- Real estate: 2 years (required)
- Developer Experience will be add on advantage.
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
