We are urgently Hiring Housekeeping Supervisor (Female and native Arabic speaker) for a prominent Emirati Family based in Dubai. The responsibility of the household supervisor is to look after and ensure the smooth functioning of the regular operations of the villa.
- Management and supervision of household staff.
- Training the staff and ensuring that they follow the household rules.
- Maintaining house hold inventory - furniture, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc.
- Conducts daily inspection of furnitures and household equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of the items like carpet, walls, light bulbs, windows etc.






- Communicates and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staffs to ensure the house is well-kept at all times.
- Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the house.
- Checks storage area for proper supplies.
- Ordering/replenishing of supplies as required.
- Administrative work as required from time to time.
- Assisting with family function/parties in the house.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of related experience working as a housekeeping supervisor with hotel or with house/villa management experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Native Arabic speaker - preferably from Morocco.
