**HR Counselling**:
Manage health insurance activities.
Design and implement effective training and development plans and Induction of new on-boarders.
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
Implement HR policies
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
**HR Operations**:
Administer joining and onboarding formalities.
Ensure personnel files are updated; soft and hard forms.
Assist in processing monthly payroll.
Assist in managing confirmation letters of probationers, certificates, letters to document increments and bonuses.

**Employee welfare activities**:
Assist in employee motivation and foster fruitful communication among different nationalities.

- _Other duties as assigned by the Head of HR or HR Manager _
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR: 1 year (preferred)
- Employee relations: 1 year (preferred)
- Hr admin: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
