Experienced dynamic concierges are required for the hotel and residence in Dubai Academic City.
You will be immediately available for hiring, have great experience in guest services. You will be assisting guests in onboarding to the residence, explaining and showing facilities, assisting on all enquiries, completing move in and move out property inspections along with the guests, assist with luggage, complaints, help with transport inquiries.
You will also have great telephone skills, be eager to help at all times and able to work evening and night shifts.
You will be familiar with computer systems and software on handling guest inquiries and hotel PMS.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Guest service: 2 years (preferred)
