**The role**
PanzerGlass is one of the leading brands within screen protection on a global scale. Overall, the Customer Operations department handles customer orders, enquiries, and claims from our business and E-Commerce customers.
You can look forward to being a part of our great global Customer Operations team where you will be responsible for and managing the local team currently consisting of 4 people.
**Responsibilities**
More specifically your responsibilities will be:







- Take part in the daily workload along with the team as well as prioritize and plan the work to ensure best practice is achieved
- Handle staff management in coordination with the Global Manager for Customer Operations (based in Denmark)
- Handle customer orders, enquiries, claims and questions from our business and E-commerce customers in a timely, professional, and friendly way
- Handle logístical tasks including working with our 3PL warehouse in the region to ensure we give our customers the best possible experience
- Facilitate order entry and handling of documents and procedures for shipping goods globally
- Deal with order confirmations, refunds, replacements and tracking of deliveries
- Handle price lists
- Support our Sales team with various customer tasks
- Potentially take part in customer meetings in person or via video
- Take part in performance meetings with the local warehouse in the region

**Your profile**
We expect that you have experience from a similar team lead role in Dubai building up and maintaining great customer service.





The role requires that you can create great team-spirit and collaboration. We expect you do this professionally, friendly, and patiently with a firm eye on meeting the KPIs. With your passionate, patient and service minded approach you are always focused on finding the best solutions for the customers of PanzerGlass and motivating your team to do the same.
Moreover, you are enthusiastic about wanting to improve and optimise your ways of working.
We expect that you have great knowhow of Microsoft Excel and experience with E-commerce ticketing systems, Navision, our ERP system, or another similar ERP system.
