**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, benefit providers, and other vendors.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues.
- Manage Payroll and employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Russian language (required) - Advanced
- English - Proficient
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
